The commissioning with our software SEOS in the fresh food store of Tönnies Lebensmittel GmbH & Co. KG was successfully completed. The installation was carried out under the most difficult conditions: at 2°C during ongoing operation. Thanks to a good cooperation with our customer Tönnies, the specialists from SIVAplan and SEW Eurodrive, these challenges could be mastered successfully.
The stacker cranes are about 30m high and carry a payload of about 1 ton. They are equipped with drives from SEW Eurodrive (Movidrive B). Since the pallets are transported by a channel storage vehicle, a particularly high positioning precision is necessary. The RBG must be decelerated with maximum dynamics and immediately positioned to the millimeter without any mast oscillations.
